Open Parlays.........Most BOOKS offer these. At least Oly, Rio and Bluegrass I know of..

Other than those mentioned above, Heritage used to (haven't checked in a while, they probably still do), but you also have to call these in.

I don't know of any book that does open ended parlays without making you call them in.
